How to prepare for your first session and what to expect
Here are some tips on how to get the most out of our work together.
Online Sessions
Sessions are 90 minutes long, however it is best if you can give yourself at least 2 hours. This gives you time for integration afterwards. Even better, is to give yourself the rest of the day off. If that is not possible, please discuss with me so we can make a plan for your support in integration.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and Zoom installed on your computer or phone. I will send you a Zoom link before our session starts.
Do your best to have a private space with the following:
pillows or cushions
a place to lay down
anything else that helps you feel supported (such as lighting a candle or incense, a sacred object, something from nature like leaves or flowers)
If you share a space with others, it is best to let them know you’ll be a session for about 90 minutes and to request they respect your privacy. Also let them know you may be making sounds like sighing or yelling at times.

If we are meeting at my space, I will have everything we need for the session. I will send you the address of my location at least 24 hours in advance.
If we are meeting somewhere else, please ensure we have the following (I can assist in bringing some of these items with me):

In Person Sessions
Reach out to me directly if you have any questions or concerns that are not covered here. The process begins the moment we say yes to working together, so don’t be surprised if you notice things shifting immediately. I’m here to support you. There is no question too small.
What Does a Session Entail?
Every session is unique, guided by your lived experience and what needs to come through. My role is to hold a supportive space, helping you dive into your patterns and subconscious, and uncover what wants to be seen, expressed, and released.
We’ll start by connecting through an open conversation to establish trust, explore your intentions, and identify any limiting patterns that may be present. I’ll also guide us into the session with a mantra or prayer, grounding the space and inviting supportive energy.
Intake/Space Setting
Dropping In
Together, we’ll shift into the body, using sensations and felt experiences to uncover the subconscious layers where your hidden truths lie.
A time for release—whether through words or sounds, movement, bodywork, or even energetic and orgasmic expressions.
Activation
We’ll finish in a space of stillness, allowing the energy to settle and your nervous system to integrate the shifts.

Integration
Integration is essential. To support this, I include take home practices or homework, and messaging support in all my offerings. I highly encourage you to take advantage of this part of the offering. I am here to support you.

Container sessions can be scheduled out all at once or on a monthly basis.
To the best of your ability, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session and 48 hours notice to cancel a session.
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations within the 48 hour notice. Cancellations after 48 hours are nonrefundable.
