Hi, I’m Jenn.
I never thought I’d be a coach. In fact, I resisted it for years.
I used to joke that I was “really good at getting jobs I hated.” I tried different careers, chasing stability, following expectations—but nothing ever felt right. Nothing clicked.
Then, in 2009, I broke my back training for a Muay Thai fight.
And everything changed.
When chronic pain cracked me open, it led me into the deepest layers of myself—through Yoga, Tantra, bodywork, Ayurveda, and devotional practice. Not as an escape, but as a way to understand, integrate, and heal.
That path brought me here. And now, I bring it to you.
This Work is My Dharma
I do this because it just makes sense.
Holding space for you to dive deep, see yourself fully, and break free from the conditioning that’s kept you small? That feels like home. Helping you build unshakable trust in yourself, take bold action, and live a life that actually feels like yours? That’s everything.
I integrate mind, body, and spirit—because healing isn’t just about mindset. It’s not just about energy work. It’s not just about taking action.
It’s about all of it, together.
And sometimes, I’ll even sing to you.
Who I Am Beyond the Work
I live unconventionally—choosing a path that allows me to immerse in deep study, practice, and exploration. My life is designed in service to this work, so I can translate these teachings into something grounded and accessible for those who can’t step away from their daily responsibilities.
I was a competitive fighter. I trained in Muay Thai, pushed my body to the limits, and broke my back in the process. That injury rewrote everything I thought I knew about strength, surrender, and self-trust. It forced me to listen, to soften, and to rebuild from the inside out.
I have a deep devotional singing practice. Music is how I connect to something greater—how I remember what’s true. Sometimes, it even finds its way into my sessions, because healing isn’t just about words. It’s about what you feel, what moves through you, what awakens within.
I started out on rooftops. My first job was roofing houses with my dad in rural Maine, learning grit, resilience, and what it means to build something that lasts. Since then, I’ve moved through vastly different worlds—small-town living, jungle retreats, boardrooms, and luxury resorts—and through it all, I’ve learned how to meet people exactly where they are.
No matter where you’re coming from or what life demands of you, this work is for you, too.
What Matters to Me
Authenticity.
Self-responsibility.
A deep dedication to healing the collective.
If you’re looking for quick fixes or surface-level self-help, I’m probably not your person. But if you’re ready to do the deep work, to show up for yourself fully, and to step into the life you’ve always known was yours—I’m here for it.
